The Friendly Bus group is headed up by Mark Siemonsen (P.Eng., M.B.A., B.Ed.) who is the Customer Service Field Rep.
Mark and his group are responsible for integrating the Friendly Bus into your fleet knowledge base. He will visit your site and train your team on proper procedures relating to maintenance, warranty and other logistics issues. He will be your first line of contact after you receive delivery of your vehicle and will be there to get you answers to your questions and find solutions to your problems. Your satisfaction is his mandate!
